Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you need to reschedule you are able to do so the day prior to your appointment.

You can cancel/ reschedule your appointments through your Vagaro account.

Last minute cancellations (same day) and no show / no call: you will be charged for your total appointment cost.

Please be on time for your appointments. We will have to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 mins late and you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

We understand that childcare can be challenging, so kids are welcome to join their parents or guardians during the appointment.
